Mark Naley recieved the Virtual Instrumentation Professional (VIP) Award for his efforts to promote LabVIEW community. Mark founded LAVA and is the host of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.

Richard Jennings recieved the Virtual Instrumentation Professional (VIP) Award for his efforts in pioneering LabVIEW on the Linux platform. Richard has worked hard to help make LabVIEW a powerful tool for developers on all platforms. If you didn't know, Richard wrote several chapters of LabVIEW Graphical Programming, 3rd ed, which provide in-depth information of using LabVIEW on Linux for embedded and real-time systems.

Mike Simoneau won an Home Entertainment Center for his efforts in completing a conference survey... hey, I should have filled mine out. Oh well, maybe next year. Mike's a really nice guy. Hey, Mike. When is movie night at your house? ;-)
