Please consider the following criteria when developing your responses.

Frequency: How often do I use this?

• Constantly: Hundreds of times per hour
• Often: Dozens of times per day
• Medium: A few times per day
• Low: A few times per week
• Rare: Less than once a week

Expected Work: How much work is this operation for LabVIEW?

• Trivial: This should be instantaneous
• Some: It’s clear to me that LabVIEW needs to work, but it should be fast
• Moderate: Could reasonably take a couple of seconds
• High: LabVIEW has a lot to do – I expect a progress dialog
• Very-High: This should take a while

Today: How is LabVIEW doing today with this feature?

• Great: LabVIEW is fast and responsive
• Fine: LabVIEW takes the right amount of time
• Adequate: LabVIEW takes a little too long, but not painfully so
• Needs Work: This feels slow and needs to be improved
• Major Pain: Responsiveness is a major source of frustration
