At the moment it's only available to users who have an account registered in the USA, is there any plan to open it up to a wider base?

If you've read the linked article, you know as much about it as I do. Post your question to forums.ni.com ... someone else at NI might be able to provide more details.At the moment it's only available to users who have an account registered in the USA, is there any plan to open it up to a wider base?
