NI may sell t-shirts ready to buy, otherwise you could print your own?
I know as a Certified Developer you can use the Certification Logos and as a Alliance Member you can use the Powered by LabVIEW logos.
I would check with NI regarding what logos you are allowed to use and what medium you can publish them in/on first tho.
I too would be interested to know, so please post back what you find out.

I suggest talking to your local DSM - they might have some that they're willing to give away?
