programmatically differentiate between "static VI ref" and a "generic (non strict) VI ref"

I checked with LabVIEW R&D, they said there is no way to determine this information in G code.

Q: How to list all IMAQ images in memory

Update: I used the dll call from the link @dadreamer provided, and made a Messenger-Library "actor" that I can use for debugging. Already found a couple of bugs with it.
