There's an NI LabVIEW user group meeting near me next week. I've never attended one before, but I just moved and have been trying to meet people in my new location. Has anyone attended one of these and found them helpful, fun, informative, worthwhile?

All of the above. I regularly attend\ help host the one in my area. I find it is a real good place to meet and network with people.

I agree with all the sentiments above. Plus, the Bay Area LabVIEW User Group is a particularly good group, you should definitely go.
