Need a servo drive that will accept a pre-programmed profile

I have a client that needs a servo drive module that can be pre-programmed with a sinusoidal position profile (single axis) which can then be triggered by LV software (via ethernet, serial, USB, etc).

Any suggestions? The cRIO products might be a good candidate, but that platform may be more than the customer needs.

Can you clarify what the LabVIEW software must trigger? If it just must initiate the move you might consider an off-the-shelf controller. Alternatively, you can do the motion profile or the servo control itself in LabVIEW, on an RT or FPGA platform. The cRIO is indeed a good option if it suits your needs. What are the environmental requirements?
