Evenings during NIWeek

There are a number of activities taking place during the evenings.. I am curious to the dress code for the "Annual NIWeek Conference Party". Here are some of the activities that I'm aware of (for evenings):Salt Lick / LAVA OpenG BBQ

The conference party is held outside, so it is going to be very hot and muggy. Everything is very casual. The only time you won't be uncomfortably hot and sweaty is in the Convention Center itself. It's usually too cold in there to the point where I'm packing my fleece AND and extra sweater.
