Hendrik Posted October 31, 2007 Report Share Posted October 31, 2007 I've been looking into generating VI stubs from XML descriptions and after reading http://forums.lavag.org/Private-Class-Gene...html&hl=xml started wondering whether anybody had done anything related. The idea is to have an XML file that defines inputs and outputs to a software component and then to generate VI stubs that need to be implemented to support the functionality described by the XML software component description. (If this reminds you of CORBA don't be surprised;-) I've gotten hold of the Scripting Tools and Examples and should be able to figure out the rest from there, but if anyone has done any work on this and can supply me with a few further pointers I'd really appreciate it. Specifically I'd appreciate it if anyone knows of a lvdata (OpenG) type XML to Variant Cluster VI. Quote Link to comment
