You mean use pcfs and not ufs format for the Solaris disks? And then theoretically there shouldn't be a problem reading the disk in either a Solaris or a Windows box? Hmm, that's an interesting concept. I've just made my Unix guy happy by giving him this as his Science Project of the Day.
