In contrast to other years, I think I'm fine with either candidate as president. Not overly happy, but content. I'm sure everyone reading this is super relieved that I'm content. Short term hiatus from alcohol (the three weeks following the Nambas' visit).

Went mountain biking for the first time today. I'd call it a mixture of terrifying and exhausting - my everything hurts and I can feel my adrenal gland withering away.

This morning I ran 13.1 miles which was the farthest I've ever run. It's actually really really uncomfortable.
