my first problem is solved!!

i now use a read from binary file!!!

how i want to grab an image from my firewire camera, compress it to .jpeg and send a binary string!!!

i saw:

i tried to send a .jpeg with udp to a c++ program!

my problem now is that string doesnt match with the jpeg file...why not?

plz open the .jpeg image with or any other editor WordPad and compare it with the data string in the vi!

how could i compress an image from an firewire camera?

i want to use shared variables between Compact Rio and Compact Vision 1455!

i created a real time project for the Compact Vision and add a shared variable to my project!

i write every second to the shared variable!!

but how can i use this shared variable in the VI of my compact rio project (real time) ??????????

i deployed all at the Compact Vision Project:

Deploying CompactVision (successfully deployed target settings)
