However when i run the file, i get the follwoing error.
Ke24xx Initialize.vi<ERR>Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed.
Can any one please help me out with this problem.

The error message indicates that it is occurring at the first sub-VI. I would check that you have the correct instrument address and that cables are connected.
