This switch delay should be very small. What is the delay that you are seeing?

Currently you cannot download the Instrument I/O assistant from the website. The way it is designed you have to install it only from a driver CD. What you can do is post on the National Instruments discussion forums and ask for someone to post the driver on the FTP site. You can download that file from the FTP site and then install Instrument IO assistant.
