Boolean foreground/background colors

If you use the color picker tool, and type "F" you change the foreground color only, and then press "B" you will change the background color only. Those give the same behavior as your posted vi. I agree that what NI defines as "foreground" and what they call "background" is not intuitive, especially for booleans, but it has always been like this.
