BBCode parsing bug

Some forums I use let you use the URL tag to link some or all of the "blah blah blah said:" part of a quote tag. It seems that IP.Board tries to let you use the tag inside the name parameter, but things go terribly, terribly wrong - without trying too hard to reverse-engineer their parser, my hypothesis is the URL tag confuses the crap out of it.
