Detecting OCR While image is rotating & also ROI

Hi all,

i am developing a code for OCR,

here i am training first pattern reference on image and make some

image calibration ,co ordinate and learn OCR and read,

but the problem is when i am rotating the image my ROI is also change that time

my ROI is not working prperly.

so please reply me for some reference code or other trick.
