New VI Library Manager for LabVIEW 7.1

This is a modified version of the LabVIEW VI Library Manager for versions 7.1.

This new version adds two very useful features:

- When launched, tt returns to the directories selected when the program was last closed

- You can "copy" the left directory to the right (and visa-versa)

I find these options absolutely invaluable (basically because I'm so lazy and hate having to traverse my hard disk's hierarchy all the time ;-).

Unzip the llbedit.llb file and put it in:

..\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\project
