Apply rotated ROI to image and detect OCR.

Hi all,

i am devloping a code that having following function

when i simply draw ROI on image. and Teach and Read i get the

character from image,

but when i rotate an image that time by ROI also rotate and i can see the rotated

ROI but when i apply to the image my teaching does't follow the Rotated ROI.
