Printing NIWeek Conference Program

I would like to print the PDF of the conference program but on many of the pages, the links that get you to the previous page and next page show a thumbnail image as if my mouse was hovering over that. Does anyone know how to turn that off for printing? I have Adobe Reader 9.4.1.

I got access to Adobe Standard and removed the offending thumbnails buttons. For those that are experiencing the same issue, PM me for a PDF sans thumbnails.
