Convert Range.vi - for rescaling a value between two ranges

I just wrote this VI to accomplish a task that's come up quite often: rescaling a value from one range to another. There may be a VI for this built-in, but I wasn't able to find it.

Can you imagine how many folks (myself included) have created their own version of this?
