Is this the right way to script the conversion of an Express VI instance into a regular subVI?

You know, like when you right-click it and select "Open Front Panel", and it asks you if you want to convert it to a standard VI. This seems to do the trick, but since it uses a private method I thought maybe I should ask here in case I'm doing something unsafe.
