Travis Jones Posted March 14, 2022 Report Share Posted March 14, 2022 I'm a recent master's graduate in physical chemistry who self-taught LabVIEW and developed an entire application to control custom scientific instruments for laser spectroscopic applications. I have experience with RS-232, GPIB, USB, and NI-VISA communications, as well as with digital storage oscilloscope control and data acquisition, in addition to controlling stepper motor controllers and other scientific equipment. I have some basic electronics education and experience, including digital multimeters, function generators, and basic circuit troubleshooting. I also have experience with SolidWorks 2018, Mathematica 11, and typesetting with LaTeX2e. My master's thesis was written in LaTeX, and it is a good example of my technical writing abilities. I'd be happy to supply any interested employers with a copy of a LabVIEW project I wrote. If technical writing is a requirement, I would also supply a copy of my thesis.
