Reset Password doesn't work

I requested a password reset, my email was recognized and I was sent a link to reset my password.  When I click the link, I get a notification that I'm not awaiting validation for a lost password.  I apparently can't insert an image in this text but, here is what is happening:

You are not awaiting validation for a lost password request.

Same here.  I tried to create an account, was told my email address was already associated with an account, asked to reset my password, and never received the promised email (yes, I checked spam)
