Can't create a LabVIEW Wiki account - IP address is blocked due to being an open proxy ??

I've attempted to create an account on the LabVIEW Wiki so I can start adding the presentations from GDevCon ANZ, but I can't due to some problem with my IP address.  I'm just using my normal ISP so I have no idea why the Wiki is upset about the IP
