activex control

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and so far have found the discussions quite helpful.l I ran into something that the manufacturers could not help me with and I am turning to you guys.

I am trying to use an activex control to send a digital signal using the data acquisition device DI148U.I was told I had to set the device driver and device ID using the property node. But when I connect the property node to Windaq control (another activex control), there is no option for me to enter the device ID. I can add the device driver but then my vi stops acquiring data when I enter the device driver.(btw is DLLName=DI103NT.DLL the device driver line that I have to enter ?, I got it off the tpwindaq.ini file)

Another question- I need to set the bidirectional output ports in by daq card to output. I have the codes that I have to enter but how do I enter those codes in labview?

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you
