Acquisition with cf 6004 and pda

Hi,

I am intending to use cf 6004 with pda. currently i am developing code in Pocket PC 2003 emulator ( my pda and hardware is yet to arrive). I am not able to run the acquisition code (examples), is this because i am on the emulator?

Secondly when i configure task using daq mx base configuration utility i do not get the task created for selection in the acquisition ( ai start vi).

Is acquisition only possible if i have the PDA and hardware(cf 6004) or is there a problem.

can any body provide me the correct information.
