Rodolfo
Hi, I'm having trouble using the LPT3 with LabVIEW on Windows XP. I'm already controlling the LPT1 bits with the VI attached using the address 378h. The Device Manager says the address for the LPT3 is D000h, but I haven't had any success. Does anybody knows why is that? In the past, I have managed to control both ports with LV6.1 on Windows XP and installing a patch called accessHW, so I suspect that the issue has something to do with the version of LV. Please help!!! :headbang: Download File:post-5607-1153169680.vi Quote Link to comment
wha
Hi Rodolfo, my first thought was - why don't you use the OUT PORT.vi from Functions Palette / Advanced / Port I/O Why do you talk to an 8 Bit Port with 32 Bit ?? Find attached - in LV7.1.1 - a simple LPT - Test.vi......... already prepared for your LPT 3 - Address. Hope this helps. wha Download File:post-4460-1153311760.zip Quote Link to comment
