r0manticide17 Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 Ok, first of all, this is probably not in the right place, I didnt know where to put it. But what I wanted to know was how to do that I have asked in the question. I have no idea. Id like to generate a signal, view this in a waveform graph, run for a set amount of time, and when this time is reached, I would like it to stop automatically and then save to a spreadsheet file. Also, how do I stop it taking data every 0.001 seconds? Too much data that really isnt needed! Quote
crelf Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 Id like to generate a signal... Do you want to generate the signal in the PC, spit it out a DAQ card and then acquire it again? Or is the signal generation not part of the system (ie: generated externally)? Quote
