How do I set case structure frame selector string? (LV 7.1)

This thread discussed how to create a string-type case structure and set the selector strings in 7.1(using a temporary enum). Has anyone figured out how to set the selector string in added or duplicated frames in a pre-existing structure?

Not directly, that I am aware of.

It might be possible to do this indirectly. Read out the case strings, use that to create yet another, new CASE, and then substitute for the old CASE.
