PC logging software?

I'm looking for a PC application to log system information while a LABView application is running. This is intended to be used to debug LV problems. Desired features:

- log LV and other PC program start and stop times

- log windows opened, closed and receive focus along with time

- must work with LABView windows (obviously) as well as other PC applications

- must work within our network antivirus and other security measures

- able to be used on PCs in secure areas

- should normally run as hidden or be non-cancelable by normal users

- export of log into .txt, .csv, excel or similar format for analysis

- optional remote collection of logs, placement of logs in network location, or periodic emailing of logs

- optional logging of keystrokes in LV windows only. This capability might help in debugging certain situations, though.
