Programmatically Compile FPGA VI's

Has anybody tried creating a tool that will look at a project and automatically compile all FPGA VI's it finds?

I've got the easy part done. I can get a reference and path to all FPGA VI's in a project, but have not yet found a way to trigger the compile process. I was hoping there would be a Method, but I don't see one.

I'm about to start digging for the Compile VI's to see if I can pass the VI's path or reference.

I'm doing this 8.2.1.
