Logging waveform data with proper timestamp

Recommended Posts

I am having problem with waveform data logging for variable no of channels. This logging will be done at start of test. The test will be of about 1 hour.During this time the waveform data is to be logged.

I tried many options : tdms / write binay / lvm / Citadel / read , write waveform to file. There seems to be a problem in each of the option. This problem is regarding timestamp logging.

Using tdms/binary/lvm , the timestamp is not properly logged when I restart the application hence does not seem to be a ideal method. Using Citadel means creating new database for each test dynamically and there will be a lot of databases at the end of month.

Has anybody faced similar problem ?Any Solutions ?
