cspowell Posted September 3, 2008 Report Share Posted September 3, 2008 Job Title: LabVIEW Software Development Engineer - Jupiter 300 Job Summary: This position designs and develops functions and applications in LabVIEW. Job Duties: • Writing LabVIEW applications to improve existing DAQTron products as well as develop new ones. • Working with a team to develop and support a full product. • Support multiple projects at once. • Communicate with existing and potential customers to evaluate product features and enhancements. • Interfacing with National Instruments and other 3rd party hardware. • Designing and developing applications for the Jupiter 300 Platform. Roles and Responsibilities: • The qualified candidate will become a member of the development team. • This position will focus on improving existing applications as well as creating new applications for future DAQTron products. • The responsibilities cover everything from the initial product idea and requirements generation to overall architecture, design, and support. • This position will become familiar with all of DAQTron's current and planned projects to be able to supply assistance where needed. In particular this position will focus on the design and development for the Jupiter 300 platform.
