rachelanne
hi this is rachel from the philippines. i recently purchase a pci sm2060 dmm. its my first time to use a signametrics dmm. i installed the hardware and software.there were no errors encountered during the process. but somehow, when i try using the VIs, it was looking for the dll on the dependency folder of national instruments. when i try using the ready to use program from signametrics, it was looking for the cal file. i read in the manual that it should be detected from the hardware and should be located on drive C:\ but when i checked the path there where no calibration file that can be found. please help. does signametrics support windows vista? i am currently using windows vista. will this affect the performance of signametrics. help again! rachel Quote Link to comment
