Having trouble opening MAX2.2

Hi,

I just installed LabView V6.1 for full development system, and it came with MAX2.2,

but when i tried to open the MAX, it showed that

"Unable to open a connection to the server. The configuration file, config.mxs, or the entire installation may be corrupted. Delete or rename the configuration file which is located in the same directory as nimax.exe. If that doesn't resolve the problem, please reinstall the program or search the knowledge base at ni.com for assistance. "

I tried to delete or remove the config.mxs file but it didn't work, I tried to reinstall it like 4 times already, but still...

I also tried all the methods on NI Solution, but none of them worked either.

Therefore, i am wondering is it possible that i can try to install the different version of max, instead of the version included in the Labview 6.1.

and if i could, where can i download the newer version of MAX V2.2.

Or there's ohter way can solve this problem.
