How can we make a graph of labview look like a spectrum graph. I'm trying to measure the Voltage Vs Frequency with Labview but I would like to have the same results as when I measure with spectra plus.

I have a 6229 PCI DAQ connected to a CB-68LP connecting(PIN68 & PIN33)Analog Inputs. The electrical measure is an AUDIO differential signal, How can I performed a MATH function (V+)-(V-)? I can see both signal at 180 degrees dephase please see attachement.
