Currently we offer the following career opportunity: TEST ENGINEER This is a hands-on position responsible for analyzing electronic designs for Manufacturing testability, designing test fixtures and procedures, applying software based testing solutions, and developing diagnostics in an ISO9001 environment. Develops and documents test plans and procedures for all modules and systems. Works closely with Development Engineering to achieve an adequate level of testability, and develops test fixtures and diagnostics for microprocessor based boards. Provides solutions to increase hardware and software test efficiencies. Counsels Test Technicians on improving troubleshooting skills through the use of diagnostics developed using Labview, C++, C#, and Visual Basic. Qualifications include BSEE with two to four years experience developing diagnostics software and hardware. Must have significant experience of Labview and working knowledge of C++, C# and Visual Basic programming language. This position requires an individual who is a self starter and results oriented with excellent communication skills. Testing of surface mount assemblies and JTAG experience preferred. This is a Northern N.J. office based position, candidates who do not meet these qualifications or require relocation will not be considered.
