It seems that the compiler matters a lot.
I tried to use the MS Visual Studio 2008 to compile. The result for C code is around 500 for DLL lcc and 58 for DLL Arrar lcc. It seems that the dll fucntions calling introduced a significant overhead. Anybody has an idea on how to improve this? I attached the solution for building the dll.
