hi @ all, 3 problems: 1st - is it possible to have an event in an event structure coz my VI acting very slow - see freezes - if I do it. 2nd - If I can't use the event function how am I able to say my VI to write or not to let's say a 1D array to my 2D array on my front panel. 3rd - how can I mange it to delete that written line from that 2D array thnx to all who solve my headache °_° - and ya I m labview newbie^^

Hi all, I got 2x a 1-D array of string and 1x 2- D array DBL which are basically forming a table. like: 1-D array string 2-D array DBL 1-D array string and I need to write them at the same time in that order into a .txt file. I m only able to do that with the 2-D array. Thnx for all help coming^^

hi all, I m pretty new to labview and already searched quite a few forums. My problem is: I got 2 .txt file with numbers - all seperated by tabs - 12 columms and 5 rows each. I want to extract each number columm by columm and row by row to labview to be able to substract both .txt file. Basically I got 2 Tables with number and I want to calc. the difference in each line and row. How can I get the numbers out of my .txt file to do some math with them? thnx for any help!
