i am rotating an image without using NI Vision Toolkit 'but

it takes more time as image size increses, iwant max 20 ms for max (1024 by 980 )

if anybody knows better technique for the same please reply.

when i simply draw ROI on image. and Teach and Read i get the

character from image,

but when i rotate an image that time by ROI also rotate and i can see the rotated

ROI but when i apply to the image my teaching does't follow the Rotated ROI.
