Amazingly, I have thought about this question for a long time. However, I thought it's one of those things that just flash into my brain and really don't have any relevance. Surprisingly, the thought flashed in again today and I decided to search on LAVA...that's just the beauty of having many advanced LabVIEW users come together. I got a deep insight into what I thought was just a "flash and irrelevant" thought. Thanks for all the responses, they've helped a great deal!

Hello Everyone, Please I need to control a stepper motor using LabVIEW and also to create a user interface that controls the speed of the motor. There is already a controller made by the designer of the stepper motor and it connects using a serial port. Please how do I go about this? The name of the controller is arrick controller. Thank you!
