how can I filter the noise completely and is there any way i can count signal coming in a group as one

sorry for my late response and also sorry for my sms language sir as i mention this problem may be basic for some one like u all but i can't do it see i have recorded my breathe and in graph it has 23 pics i want to see this result in out put but my problem is that i cant find a way to measure it please help me dont scold me for silly questions:( breathe.wav audio_-read.vi

sir i m doin a small project whr i need to count the breathing rate frm a recorded wave file but dont kno how to proceed plz plz help me i m a newbi and dont kno much abt labview
