I am trying to use the SG link to data log. I have a prototype system that I want to be able to turn on the sensors and log the data at critical times. I then wanna use labview to process the incoming data. So in short I need to program labview to turn the sensors on, data log until told to stop, and then download the data.

Does anyone have any experience using the 2 together? I am having a hard time trying to figure out where to begin with programming them to work together. If anyone knows where I can find information or examples on th topic, that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for not clarifying, I am not much of a computer programmer but an engineering using the LV tool. I have a simple VI for unit conversions for my younger sibling, but she does not have LV and I want to know if there is a way to convert the VI into and application she can run on her computer.

Hey everyone, Im relatively new to labview, and am wondering if the VI's can be converted to a programming language that can be read by any windows based pc. I am not sure if this is a stupid question or not, but I am hoping I can do the conversion. The program I am trying to do is just a simple units conversion but it needs to be run on a computer that doesn't have the LV software. Thanks
