I have a NI-6025E DAQ. Can I use one counter to generate a PWM and another to find frequency of an incoming signal?

I want to measure the frequency of a TTL signal of 5V between 1Hz to 200Hz. I want to use the one counter method. Is that possible? I am using the NI-6025E DAQ card! How to use the one counter method?
