  1. And of course the evaluation is for Windows only. Oh well. NI really should consider providing a way to convert apps to run cross-platform with the RT engine. Many labs use multiple operating systems.
  2. That is unfortunate as I only have Labview for Windows and I'm guessing that my Labview for Windows license won't work on a Mac install. Thanks for the info!
  3. I use LabView 8.0.1 on XP to make VIs, but I would like to have the ability to execute on my Mac laptop. Is it possible to convert executables to run in the Run-Time engine for Mac OSX? Thanks.
  4. Hello, I have a VI that I want to use to write my intensity graph to a bitmap. I convert the data to 8-bit, flatten, then I use Write BMP File.vi. It was working yesterday on my home PC, but now at work it doesn't. The VI executes just fine, but the result bitmap image is wrong, just black. Does this make sense? Do some PCs not work with this VI? Thanks. Never mind. False alarm. I figured it out. When I copied the VI from PC to PC, the data in the color table somehow didn't make the trip. An obvious mistake that only cost me 4 hours. Until next time...
