Can I use RAD utility on a NI 9149 Expansion Chassis

@smithd thanks for your response, I actually went on site last week and was able to use RAD on the chassis. It has a file system that stores the software installed on the chassis. -
Can I use RAD utility on a NI 9149 Expansion Chassis? I have to make adjustments on a expansion chassis but I need to create a back up of its contents.
