Hi firime The imaq cast image can convert RGB image (24 bits) to grayscale (8 bits or 16 bits). the image cast image is locate at vision utilities / image management. I hope this can help you. abrilmauro

you can use the imaq Cast Image. This VI can convert RGB pixel intensity to grayscale intensity. you can found this VI at imaq management.
