Because my computer install 2 input method the first is Chinese the second is English. And my project must use scanner to input the data, if I use the Chinese input method when I scan the barcode, the display is not same with the content of the barcode。 So I want to know the current input method .If the current input method is Chinese , I will inform the user that he must change the input method to English.
