I found the August '09 driver CD on NI's ftp site at ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/drivercd/2009.08/ which has a lot of 2009 compatible drivers (I dont have a RIO to hand so haven't been able to check your specific issue).

Yep Shaun is correct NI Rio 3.2.1 (Aug 09) is up on the ftp. We have just downloaded and are installed now.
